In the event of an error in pricing, service description, or invoice:
Any contests, referral programs, giveaways, or promotions will have separate rules. By participating, you grant Digital Catalyst full rights to use your submissions (text, images, testimonials, creatives, videos, etc.) for marketing and promotions.

All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal/retainer/contract. Digital Catalyst uses payment gateways, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, or invoicing software.

All content created by Digital Catalyst—including websites, campaign creatives, ad copies, strategies, reports, code, analytics setups, marketing automation flows—is the intellectual property of Digital Catalyst unless explicitly transferred by contract.
Clients may not copy, repurpose, or resell any part of Digital Catalyst’s intellectual property without permission.
Feedback, suggestions, or reports sent to us become the property of Digital Catalyst. We may use them for service improvement without any obligation or compensation to you.
Our website or dashboards may link to third-party services. Digital Catalyst is not responsible for their content, policies, data practices, outages, billing issues, or platform-specific account bans.
Users must comply with platform policies such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other integrated tools.
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Digital Catalyst does NOT guarantee:
You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Catalyst and its employees harmless against claims arising from misuse of services, violations of laws/platform policies, incorrect data shared by the client, fraudulent activities, or breach of Agreement.
Digital Catalyst’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for services in the past 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Digital Catalyst is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics/epidemics, war, strikes, riots, government restrictions, platform outages, internet failures, or changes to Terms.
Digital Catalyst may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
